The Technical Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing aspects of the day-to-day radio wireless communications operations. This position is also responsible for performing installations, inspections, maintenance and repair of two-way radio equipment and other electronic communications, monitoring, and accessory equipment.

Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities
Education: Engineering or Technical college degree or equivalent professional experience.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of operations experience in business-to-business technology rental and sales (preferably wireless). Some management and or supervision experience required.
Required Licenses or Specific Training: Must have a valid driver’s license from state of residence and valid proof of vehicle insurance. Must possess good driving record and be insurable for Total Safety vehicle insurance while driving company truck. Forklift experience preferred. Must have ability to pass internal forklift certification as required. Must be willing to travel to customers site and available for travel for short and long-term out-of-town and/or offshore projects.
CETA technician certification required.
Wireless communication manufacturer licenses and training certifications are preferred. Must have the ability to pass manufacturer certifications as needed.
Proficiency in the care and use of all sites specific, facility and customer required Personal Protection Equipment (PPE). Trained in Respiratory Protection and fully certified to wear respiratory breathing equipment (Fit Tested).
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; climb and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Uses hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color, vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment
Shop and yard environment. May be frequently exposed to wet, humid, outside weather conditions and vibration. May be exposed to high pressure, chemicals, and shop traffic. The noise level in work environment is usually moderate.
