About the Role
We’re seeking an energetic and organized Event and Field Marketing Coordinator ready to work evenings and weekends to bring our brand to life in the communities we serve. In this role, you’ll plan and execute events, activations, and grassroots marketing initiatives that build awareness, deepen community connections, and inspire families to participate in our programs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating memorable experiences—equally comfortable behind the scenes planning logistics and out in the field engaging directly with families, pre-schools, daycares, and other youth organizations. This hybrid position will collaborate with Regional/City Managers (RMs/CMs) and the Marketing team to ensure local marketing efforts align with broader organizational goals while leaving a strong and positive community impact.
