The Cock 'N Bull of Peddler's Village is in search or an experienced Food & Beverage General Manager to join the leadership team!
The General Manager is responsible for a la carte dining as well as banquets and delivering revenues and profits by developing, marketing, financing, and providing extraordinary service; managing staff.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or minimum of 5 years of Food & Beverage management experience including Restaurant and Banquet and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages subordinate managers and supervisors who supervise employees within the Restaurant and Banquets. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
