We are looking for a Java Technical Lead for our La Balme site, who will join the Software department of nearly 45 people, organized into 8 project teams dedicated to instruments, within the field of mass spectrometry.

 

Join an agile team and play a key role in the development of our clinical diagnostic solutions in a constantly evolving technical environment: Backend Java, Spring Boot, Frontend Angular, DevOps (GitLab CI, Jenkins, Sonar, Artifactory), AI Agents, GitLab environment, IntelliJ, Maven, Blackduck, AWS.

 

What will be your missions ?

  • Ensure the consistency of application/system design with the technical choices defined by the system architect,

  • Lead and contribute to software feasibility activities with active technology monitoring,

  • Contribute to software development throughout the full development cycle,

  • Technically coordinate internal software teams and external partners,

  • Promote the growth of technical expertise among development team members.

 

Who are you ?

 

  • Master's degree in engineering with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development for complex information systems or system solutions,
  • Strong experience in designing and developing Java Spring Boot applications using AWS managed services, as well as in industrializing the software development pipeline with the necessary cybersecurity controls (DevSecOps).
  • Team player: You thrive working in multidisciplinary, multi-site R&D project teams (France, US, Italy),
  • Fluent in technical English, both spoken and written – a must!
  • Bold and proactive: You demonstrate leadership and are a source of innovative ideas, bringing new designs or technologies to our products,
  • Product-oriented: You are rigorous and analytical, delivering products with the expected quality and functionality.
