Accounts Payable Specialist (m/w/d) 1

YOUR NEW PAIR OF SHOES:

• All processes and transactions in accounts payable are in the best hands with you.
• You review supplier invoices, travel expenses, credit card statements, and cash reports, assign accounts, and are well-versed in posting bank statements for all group companies.
• Your support is also needed for the monthly reconciliation of intercompany transactions and the associated GR/IR accounts.
• You enjoy helping shape company-wide processes and contributing your expertise.
• You actively participate in international SAP projects related to accounting, including conceptualization and roll-out.
• The support of domestic and international companies in operational matters is in good hands with you.
• Last but not least, you assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.

YOUR WALK OF LIFE:

• Successfully completed commercial training or a degree.
• Solid professional experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, or general accounting.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations.
• Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
• SAP knowledge, particularly in the FI module, is an advantage.
• Skilled in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Independent, self-reliant, and team-oriented working style in a dynamic environment.
