• Has multifamily experience in the role of a Groundskeeper/Housekeeper or Porter.
• Demonstrates exceptional customer service and is wildly passionate about helping people.

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS:

• Conduct business in accordance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all other laws pertaining to multifamily housing.
• Inspect the community on a regular basis and report any needs to the Service Director.
• Participate in all community maintenance duties, including housekeeping, groundskeeping, and make readies.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Experience with groundskeeping.
• Great attitude and willing spirit.
• Excellent customer service and passion for helping people.
• Attention to safety and the ability to comply with all MSDS Sheets.
• Good communication and attention to detail.
