As a Front Desk Representative, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for visitors and clients at NGF's headquarters. You will play a critical role in facilitating smooth operations within the organization, supporting the team through efficient handling of inquiries, directing visitors, managing correspondence, and maintaining a warm and organized reception area. Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy upon arrival at the facility.
• Manage the reception area including answering, screening, and directing phone calls using a multi-line phone system.
• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff and management.
• Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries promptly and accurately.
• Maintain an organized and presentable reception area, ensuring all informational materials are up to date.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing as needed.
• Provide general information about NGF's services and direct inquiries to appropriate departments efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent credential; additional education or training in office administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with phone systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.
