Position Specific Description

We're looking for a dynamic Lead Talent Acquisition Enablement Specialist to optimize and scale how we attract, engage, and onboard talent. This role blends strategy and execution—owning recruitment marketing, TA systems and processes, onboarding programs (including immigration and referrals), and vendor partnerships. You’ll be the go-to partner for IT, championing automation and AI-driven solutions that boost recruiter productivity and elevate candidate experiences. You'll also enable our recruiting teams through tools, training, and development sessions—building connection and consistency across the function. (Position is based in Juno Beach, 5 day/week.)

Ideal Qualifications

• 6+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in recruiting program management
• Experience with TA systems (e.g., ATS, CRM) and process optimization
• Strong background in onboarding programs, analytics, programs and/or recruitment marketing/branding
• Comfortable leading cross-functional initiatives and partnering with IT teams
• Proven ability to introduce and scale automation or AI tools within recruiting
• Successful experience managing projects through to completion utilizing technology, data and analytics to drive results
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and vendor coordination skills
• Passion for improving recruiter enablement and the overall hiring experience
