Position Summary:
We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician (Level 5) to join our team as a leader and mentor. This role involves advanced diagnostics, repair, and maintenance on a variety of residential and commercial HVAC systems, as well as training and guiding junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced service, repair, and preventative maintenance on HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, and air balancing issues
- Communicate repair options and preventative maintenance benefits to customers
- Train, mentor, and support technicians
- Support customer relationships through professionalism and clear communication
- Maintain safety and compliance with HVAC codes and standards
- Assist with inventory management and seasonal preparation

Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- EPA Universal Certification
- Low Voltage License (preferred)
- NATE Certification with specialties (preferred)
- Minimum 5–7 years HVAC service experience
- Strong diagnostic, repair, and customer service skills
- Leadership and mentoring experience
