Our Treatment Plan Coordinator will phase treatment plans, go over treatment with patient, and schedule treatment.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process

• Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and answer phones

• Reviews treatment, insurance and financial responsibility with patients along with scheduling treatment. 

• Call specialists to schedule patients who are being referred for treatment outside of our office. 

• Monitor the schedule and fill appointment openings, run monthly Comprehensive Exams needed list and reach out to patients to schedule. 

• Keep the staff and doctors informed of any scheduling concerns. 

• Administer pre-authorization of insurance benefits, input and phase treatment plans 

• Collect down payments and educate patients about different finance options such as Care Credit. 

What You Need:

• Experience in a dental or medical office setting preferred

• Comfortable with dental software and multitasking

• Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
