We’re looking for a District Operator who thrives on empowering teams, enhancing customer experiences, and delivering strategic growth. This role will be based out of Grand Falls-Windsor, NL. You’ll oversee store operations, foster strong partnerships, and champion compliance while ensuring the district meets and exceeds performance targets.
Drive employee engagement and customer experience within the district
Lead Store Managers/Franchisees and oversee store management development
Own district team strategy
Lead district external compliance and implementation of industry leading store standards
Oversee community involvement and brand advocacy within
Own district Income/Profit and Loss and drive performance to meet targets
