Maintenance Technician (Multi-Skilled/Mechanical/Electrical)

We are now looking for a Maintenance Technician to join the team at our Goole site working Monday-Friday day shifts (with some flexibility to provide cover for production shifts as required). 

In this role you will be responsible for:

• maintaining production equipment.
• providing planned and unplanned maintenance support.
• carrying out in-process adjustments and repairing pneumatic and mechanical equipment when necessary.

What you need:

• A Mechanical or Electrical qualification, ideally apprentice trained with post qualification experience in an industrial (preferably chemical) environment.
• GCSE level qualifications or equivalent.
• A good level of computer literacy.
• Previous experience of maintenance management SAP systems .
• Counterbalance forklift license, MEWPS and PASMA certification, Siemens hardware/programme experience and/or PLC/SCADA experience would be an advantage.
• Ability to read and understand P&ID.
• A proactive approach to problem solving.
