In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of prospects, cultivating and stewarding gifts that sustain annual operations and fuel capital campaigns. You’ll collaborate across teams to craft personalized strategies, track progress toward ambitious goals, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to compassion and inclusion. Salary: $65,000-75,000 annually

Job Summary: The Gifts Officer is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of donor prospects and securing gifts for annual operating and capital campaign support.
