Minerva Research Labs, creators of GOLD COLLAGEN® and COLLAGEN SUPERDOSE™, is expanding its reach in France. We’re seeking a Digital Marketing & Activation Specialist to drive local brand presence through tailored digital campaigns, pharmacy/clinic marketing support, and on-the-ground activations.

Working closely with the Sales Manager and Beauty Advisor launching in the South of France, you will ensure alignment and impact across channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute global campaigns for the French market
• Create and manage digital assets, social content, and CRM/email activities
• Coordinate with sales and field teams on product launches and promotional initiatives
• Support influencer collaborations, sampling, and event planning
• Monitor performance and provide market insights to HQ
• Lead market entry, product launches, and retail/pharmacy activations
• Build and manage relationships with local partners, clinics, and distributors
• Execute localized go-to-market campaigns and sampling activities
• Ensure alignment with brand guidelines, local compliance, and performance targets
• Track activation KPIs and report market feedback
• Collaborate with global marketing and sales teams for ongoing support

Requirements

• 2–4 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in beauty, wellness, or healthcare
• Proficiency with CRM tools, social media platforms, and agency coordination
• Strong project management and execution skills
• Native-level French; fluent or professional English
• Understanding of French pharmacy/clinic retail landscape is a plus
