Position Overview: The Assistant Swim Coach will support the Head Coach in managing and developing the boys and girls swimming programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong swimming knowledge, Diving expierence is preffered, effective communication skills, and a passion for mentoring student-athletes. This role requires a commitment to promoting a positive and competitive team environment and ensuring adherence to the school's athletic policies and New Jersey State Interscholastic Athletic Association (NJSIAA) regulations.
