What You’ll Do

• Build lasting relationships with clients through professionalism, transparency, and premium service
• Guide customers through the entire Audi purchasing experience—from first contact to long-term ownership support
• Match clients with Audi models tailored to their lifestyle, preferences, and driving goals
• Engage with customers via phone, email, text, and CRM tools to convert interest into appointments
• Maintain expert-level knowledge of Audi’s lineup, technology, and performance features
• Deliver an elevated, customer-first experience consistent with Audi brand standards
• Achieve and exceed monthly performance goals in sales and client satisfaction

Who You Are

• A polished, customer-oriented sales professional with a passion for luxury vehicles
• An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Someone who values long-term client loyalty as much as closing the deal
• Detail-focused, organized, and able to deliver an exceptional showroom and delivery experience
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a premium automotive environment
• Prior automotive or luxury sales experience is preferred, especially with German brands

• Uncapped Commission: Your professionalism and performance determine your earnings
• Competitive Pay Structure:
  • Salary: $55,000 - $105,000 annually 
  • Commission: 30% with $200 minimum per unit (after pack), up to $4,000 per unit
  • Performance Bonus: Sell 10+ vehicles in a month and earn a $500 minimum commission retroactive to your first sale

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
• Available to work flexible hours & weekends.
• Previous automotive sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
• Ready to hit the ground running on learning new product ins & outs.
• Effective communication skills 
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• Basic mathematical aptitude
• Ability to apply and understand reasoning.
• Clean driving record, with valid driver license.
• Willing to submit to a background check & drug screening.
