As a licensed insurance agent selling Property & Casualty Insurance products, this position is responsible for achieving individual sales targets and meeting agency production requirements through proactive outreach to potential customers while working in a call center environment. This role makes contact through both inbound and outbound phone calls, and other sales activities to engage our portfolio of customers, affiliate referrals, and self-sourced leads.

This position builds and maintains a robust sales pipeline to consistently quote, sell, and process insurance applications that meet or exceed monthly sales targets. The Enterprise Insurance Agent conducts thorough needs assessments with prospects, advising on appropriate coverage options to obtain the issuance of profitable new policies that align with compliance and underwriting standards.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field preferred (or equivalent combination of years of relevant experience with High School Diploma/GED)
• Currently hold an active General Lines Property & Casualty Producer License to sell both traditional and commercial insurance in the home state, with a demonstrated willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
• Prior experience in the mortgage, loan servicing, or financial services industry
• 2+ years’ outbound sales experience in a call center environment
• 2+ years’ experience in Property & Casualty insurance sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance metrics preferred
• An existing active network of investor clients or broker relationships is a plus
• Familiarity with various business entity structures such as LLCs, LPs, and sole proprietorships
• Solid understanding of state-specific insurance regulations and compliance requirements

Compensation

• The hiring range for this position is $24.04 per hour
• This position is eligible for commission
