Who We’re Looking For - UX Researcher (Mixed Methods)

We’re looking for a seasoned UX Researcher who thrives at the intersection of research, data, and user behavior. This role is pivotal in translating user insights into actionable recommendations that inform new product features, measure their impact post-launch, and drive continuous optimization.

Through rigorous testing and research—both qualitative and quantitative—you will enable product teams in making data-driven, user-centric decisions. You’ll work closely with product designers and product managers to analyze UX outcomes, identify conversion opportunities, and refine key user journeys. Your work will directly influence how we improve our websites and digital experiences based on user needs and behavioral patterns.

You’re a data-driven storyteller who can connect UX initiatives to tangible business value—whether that’s increased revenue, cost savings, or improved user satisfaction.

From day one, you’ll be diving into user testing, auditing top-performing content for missed opportunities, identifying conversion rate drop-offs in analytics, and uncovering underserved user needs. What You Bring

• 2-5 years of related experience in a UXR or CRO role
• Experience with measuring and reporting on relevant KPIs resulting from a variety of user testing and data analysis
• Understanding of UX principles and best practices, and how to use these to best align user goals with business objectives
• Quantitative and Qualitative testing methods
• Knowledge of Google Analytics analysis, A/B testing in VWO, Heatmap analysis, surveys, usability testing, preference testing, card sorting and other tools to draw insights that inform user behavior and needs
• Other tool knowledge: CMS (WordPress preferred), and Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and work independently to problem solve
• Ability to communicate and present insights with clarity and confidence
• Skilled in roadmapping and documenting tests, findings, insights
• Adaptable and flexible when plans/strategy changes. Strong organizational ability
• Accountable and takes ownership. Self-reliant, excellent problem solver, and results-oriented. Quick to take responsibility and proactive. Can fully articulate the problems to be solved and offer solutions while leaving room for collaboration to find the best solution
• Familiarity with SEO and editorial best practices

The Impact You Will Make

1. User-Centric Conversion Optimization
1. Analyze User Behavior: Leverage user research to monitor behavior, identifying pain points and opportunities in the conversion funnel
2. Identify and Address Conversion Barriers: Work closely with the brand team to surface and resolve key user obstacles
3. Continuous Testing & Optimization: Conduct iterative testing and regularly share insights with the team to drive higher conversion rates and an improved user experience
4. A/B Testing & Experimentation: Collaborate on, set up, and conduct A/B, split, and multivariate tests to determine the impact of site changes
5. Test & Refine Site Pages: Optimize site pages using UX, SEO, and CRO best practices
6. Actionable Reporting: Provide clear, data-driven reports on UX and conversion outcomes, including analysis of newly launched product features, their impact on user behavior, and opportunities for further optimization. Offer insights that directly inform future product strategies.

1. Leverage User Testing: Collect user engagement, preference, and pain point insights to drive ongoing product optimization and feature development
2. Prioritize and align with product roadmaps to make sure tests are conducted to inform product decisions
3. Benchmark Against Metrics: Continuously track conversion rates, engagement metrics, and user behavior data to measure the impact of optimizations
4. Expertise in Testing: Set up, monitor, and analyze usability tests, preference testing, and other research methods focused on user feedback
5. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Synthesize research findings and work with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance the user experience
6. Information Architecture & User Journeys: Define site mapping, user pathways, and IA recommendations based on research and data
