This role will work out of our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

The job:

As our Printed Circuit Board (PCA) Assembler, you will be building surface mount circuit boards. You will prep parts for circuit board assembly and populate parts onto a circuit board utilizing some light mechanical assembly and basic soldering. This position works in our Detroit Lakes, MN location.

• Independence and Teamwork: The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is crucial.
• Basic Tools and Computer Skills: Comfort and familiarity with basic hand tools and computer applications for job-related tasks are required.
• Learn and Grow: Our team is dedicated to helping you acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to produce high-quality control panels.

We will provide you with the training and support you need to excel in this critical role.

• What is your Paid Time Off and holiday policy? Up to 120 hours of Paid Time Off in your first year and 8 paid holidays.

• What are the available shifts? We currently have two shifts available, you can choose between 6:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 6:00 am - 11:00 am Friday or 7:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Thursday and 7:00 am - 12:00 pm Friday. Additional overtime as needed.

• What is the pay? Starting wage is $18.25 per hour.
