Key Responsibilities:

• Perform startups, setups, and changeovers for molding machines and secondary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process, tooling, and equipment issues.
• Monitor production quality, complete documentation, and maintain accurate setup records.
• Perform preventive maintenance, minor mold repairs, and keep tooling/equipment organized.
• Support continuous improvement to reduce scrap and increase efficiency.
• Train and guide setup personnel; ensure adherence to safety and company policies.
• Provide temporary supervisory coverage, including assigning work, monitoring productivity, and ensuring specifications are met.
• Partner with Quality and Warehouse teams to meet customer standards.
• Assist with employee training, reviews, and performance management when directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities
May temporarily supervise production employees, including assigning work, monitoring performance, and addressing issues in accordance with company policies.

 Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred; or 3–5 years of related experience.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical documents and communicate effectively with employees and management.
• Basic math and reasoning skills; able to interpret technical instructions.
• Forklift operation experience a plus.

 Physical Demands

• Frequent walking, standing, and use of hands.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must have good vision and ability to work in loud, fast-paced environments.

 Work Environment

• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and high noise.
• Occasional exposure to fumes, chemicals, weather, and electrical risk.
