💵 Starting Pay: Starting at $20.00/hour depending on experience 
🕕 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6 AM Start
📍 Location: Clovis, CA

Responsibilities:
  • 🦺 Following safety procedures & wearing PPE
  • 🗣️ Communicating with your team to hit goals
  • 📏 Reading production orders for specs like size & color
  • 🪚 Operating saws, drills, punches & routers
  • 🔩 Assembling insulated glass panels & installing hardware
  • 🔍 Inspecting products for top-notch quality
  • 📦 Packaging finished units for shipment
  • 🧠 Problem-solving & continuous improvement
  • 🧹 Keeping your workspace clean & organized
  • 📌 Performing other duties as needed
Qualifications:
  • 📘 Ability to read and follow work instructions & production orders
  • ➕ Basic math skills (whole numbers, fractions, decimals)
  • 📏 Able to read a tape measure to 1/16 inch
  • 🏋️‍♀️ Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • 🚶‍♂️ Stand and move frequently during repetitive tasks
  • 🤝 Team-oriented with strong attendance & reliability
  • 🎯 Quality-focused and safety-conscious
  • 💬 Customer-first mindset with a drive to meet goals
  • 🧩 Strong reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • 🛠️ Previous assembly experience is a plus!
