Overview
The Corporate Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution and communication across WS Development’s Marketing, Creative, and Asset Strategy & Experience teams. This role supports the systems, tools, and workflows that keep marketing operations running efficiently — from website maintenance and Creative project management to vendor coordination, PR support, and culture initiatives. The Coordinator is afforded the unique opportunity to collaborate across multiple arms of the broader Marketing team, while gaining meaningful exposure to departments throughout the company.
This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across verticals and departments. The ideal candidate is process-oriented, tech-savvy, analytical and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The expected salary range for this position is $60,000-$70,000 per year. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, experience, and location. This role is also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
