The purpose of this position is to perform professional administrative work supporting a functional area within the Human Resources department related to employee relations and equity. The part-time Administrator Employee Relations & Equity will serve as an Employee Relations Business Partner (ERBP) for an assigned division and the primary point of contact for management, faculty, and staff seeking assistance with performance and investigatory/complaint cases. The part-time ERBP will assist the Director, Employee Relations, and full-time Administrators/Employee Relations Business Partners in the intake and management of all cases.
Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field plus five (5) years of related Human Resources experience including managing grievances, conducting investigations and assisting managers with performance management, including disciplinary actions. Must be proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, including database or case management software. Labor relations, PHR/SHRM-CP or SPHR/SHRM-SCP, and case management software experience preferred.
