As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for the management of Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s security programme. Whilst primarily focusing on physical and personal security the role will involve liaising with cyber security programme to ensure a holistic approach to protective security.
You will act as the business lead for the security management at each of the company’s CNI assets ensuring a security strategy for each site and compliance against the annual SEMD audit. You will also be required to manage highly complex and sensitive information and produce regular briefings, reports and guidance, including on risks associated with security requirements.
The role will require the individual to be able to introduce and embed a Security culture within Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, supported by a continued awareness programme to ensure Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water is seen as a professional, resilient and prepared organisation.
