OVERVIEW
The Director of North America Retail Operations is responsible for driving operational excellence across the region while also playing a critical role in shaping Alo’s global retail operating model. This role serves as both an execution leader and a key contributor to the development, testing, and refinement of new initiatives, processes, and tools that will scale globally.
This leader ensures that global strategies are effectively operationalized within North America while continuously identifying opportunities to improve and evolve the operating model. They leverage a combination of real-time field feedback, business objectives, and data-driven insights to drive operational efficiency, productivity, and scalable performance across the fleet.

QUALIFICATIONS
The base salary range for this position is $165,000-$185,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
