AACOM is seeking a full-time Program and Community Engagement Manager, Graduate Medical Education (GME) to play a pivotal role in advancing graduate medical education, strengthening the transition to residency and enhancing clinical education across the continuum. This position reports to the Vice President of GME Initiatives and is an integral member of AACOM’s GME Initiatives Department.
The Manager will lead engagement, communications and programming efforts that connect stakeholders, expand educational offerings, and build national community within the osteopathic GME landscape. This individual will also manage operations and outreach for AACOM’s key membership groups—the Assembly of Osteopathic Graduate Medical Educators (AOGME) and the Council on Residency Placement (CORP)—while overseeing the Program Associate, GME role.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This is a full-time exempt, hybrid position with health, dental, vision, vacation, sick leave and 403(b) benefits. The salary range for this position is $85,000 to $95,000 annually.
