We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Security Site Supervisor to oversee and manage security operations for one of our key client accounts. This role will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, managing security staff, and ensuring operational excellence across the account.
Location: Bedford, MA & Devens, MA
*Note: you will primarily sit at the Bedford location but will have to travel to Devens as needed.
Shift: Monday-Friday 4pm-12am
Pay: $27.50 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring their security needs and expectations are met.
Lead, manage, and support a team of security personnel, including scheduling, payroll, and performance management.
Develop and implement security procedures and operational strategies tailored to the client’s environment.
Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
Manage incident response and reporting, ensuring proper documentation and resolution.
Provide consistent communication, reporting, and updates to both the client and company leadership.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in security management, account management, or operations leadership
Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of security procedures, access control, emergency response, and incident management.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with scheduling systems, payroll, and reporting tools.
