Taylor Management is excited to announce an opening for a Lifestyle Director who is passionate about creating a vibrant community atmosphere. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a wide range of social activities and events that engage residents and foster community spirit. You will collaborate with residents, committees, and other stakeholders to ensure that the interests and needs of the community are met.
Your creativity and leadership skills will be crucial as you develop exciting programs that cater to diverse interests and promote interaction among residents. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be the primary point of contact for community members, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and promote a variety of events that enhance resident engagement and promote a sense of community
- Collaborate with residents and committees to capture ideas and feedback for events and programs
- Coordinate logistics for all events, including managing schedules, vendors, and budgets
- Maintain resident communication channels to keep everyone informed about upcoming activities
- Foster relationships with local businesses and organizations to enhance community offerings
- Facilitate new resident orientations, ensuring newcomers feel welcomed and connected
Qualifications:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong focus on customer service
- Proven organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience in event planning, community engagement, or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
