We are seeking a high-agency, self-directed Marketing Designer to own the visual narrative, brand execution, and asset engine for The Ride Platform marketplaces. Reporting directly to the VP of Design, you will sit at the critical intersection of Brand, Product Design, and Integrated Marketing.
This is not a traditional production design role. You will act as a hybrid designer and content creator, responsible for executing full-funnel, multi-channel marketing communication design that drives measurable growth. You will design across the entire lifecycle—from top-of-funnel organic social campaigns to high-converting product marketing launches—building distinct, credible visual identities for both guests and hosts across both marketplaces.
To succeed on our lean, high-velocity team, you must be incredibly comfortable moving fast, building design systems from scratch, and architecting an AI-first design workflow using tools like Claude Design and Figma to exponentially scale asset throughput.

1. Dual-Marketplace Visual Strategy (Outdoorsy & Ride)
2. Full-Lifecycle & Multi-Channel Design Execution
