    • Lead and supervise kitchen team members, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation
    • Collaborate with the Culinary Director to develop menus and maintain consistency across all dishes
    • Oversee food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen workflow to ensure efficient service
    • Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen supplies
    • Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff
    • Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with food handling regulations
