The Senior Director, Chilled Warehousing is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing both company-owned and third-party (3PL) chilled warehouse operations. As our SR. Director, you will lead a high-performing team focused on optimizing storage, transportation, and customer service across the chilled supply chain network. Leveraging deep operational expertise, the leader will design and execute strategies that ensure efficiency, scalability, best-in-class service delivery and should reside within close proximity to our Atlanta GA or Auburndale FL Plant.

Pay Range:
$181,000 - $221,000Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:
50Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role. It falls in the middle of the range for your role, indicating performance at target.
