About KU
KU Children’s Services (KU) is proudly a not-for-profit and for-purpose organisation with over 130 years of experience delivering high-quality early childhood education. Our vision is to lead and inspire young children’s learning for life, and our purpose is to partner with families and communities to nurture children’s learning, development and wellbeing. We strive for excellence, innovation and inclusion, and we celebrate diversity and respect in our workplaces.
About the Opportunity
We are excited to open our newest kindergarten on the New Biyala Primary School site in Armstrong Creek, just south of Geelong.
This purpose-built service features stunning, light-filled rooms and a vast outdoor play area designed to spark curiosity and inspire exploration. As Nominated Supervisor and Teacher, you will lead the overall operation and management of the service, ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework and maintaining the legal responsibilities of the role.
You’ll have the chance to develop, implement, and evaluate innovative and high-quality early childhood programs that reflect current theory, research, and the needs of the Armstrong Creek community.
You’ll mentor and support a passionate team of educators, build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, and foster an inclusive environment where every child can thrive.
With set session times aligned to the Victorian school term calendar, you’ll enjoy regular breaks and a healthy work-life balance, while making a meaningful impact on the lives of young Australians.
