Missions :
1ère Année : Découverte atelier et apprentissage de la qualité sur le terrain
En collaboration avec l’ingénieur qualité production
Qualité quotidienne :

• Suivi de production : vérification de la qualité de la production- tour d’atelier usinage et injection
• Gestion des non-conformités internes :
• Gestion sécurisation des stocks
• Prise de décision sur les pièces non conformes déjà produites (rebut, tri, retouche)
• Suivi de l’action
• Recherche des causes racines de la non-conformité
• Amélioration suite à l’analyse de la cause racine

- Participation aux réunions de production et suivi des non-conformités

Suivi des moyens de contrôles :

• Réalisation des inventaires mensuel des moyens de contrôles
• Vérification des moyens de contrôles périodiques (pieds à coulisse, micromètre)
• Rédaction des procès-verbaux
• Effectuer le suivi avec le laboratoire des moyens défectueux et s’assurer du remplacement.

• Réalisation de contrôles entrants.
• Documentation
• Découverte et utilisation du système de management de la documentation interne ETQ

2ème Année :
Qualité quotidienne :

• En autonomie
• Réalisation de QRQC
• Création de gamme de contrôle.

Suivi des moyens de contrôles

• Identique à la première année
• Développement de moyen de contrôle et posage (R&R)

Contrôles entrants :

• Réalisation de contrôles entrants

Documentation

• Utilisation du système de management de la documentation interne ETQ

3ème Année :

Qualité quotidienne :

• En autonomie
• Réalisation de QRQC
• Création de gamme de contrôle.

Suivi des moyens de contrôles

• Identique à la deuxième année
• Participation à la validation des nouveaux projets
• Définition et suivi des plans de validation
• Participation aux AMDECs
• Création de plan de surveillance
• Réalisation des capabilités process (Cpk,…)
• PPAP
