The Market Intelligence Specialist’ mission is to manage the achievement and transmission of the value of business information, generate and communicate market insights that contribute to better decision-making, and the implementation of actions aimed at generating business.
We are looking for a talented professional that:
- Hold bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields.
- Additionally, studies related to market research, data analysis and health sciences are valuable.
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Possess a high level of English proficiency.
- Are analytical and solution-oriented individuals.
- Have excellent communication skills, both with internal and external clients.
- Are proactive and capable of working autonomously with flexibility in the face of changes.

Main duties and responsibilities:
- Management of global market data.
- Development and continuous improvement of tools that facilitate the analysis of market information.
- Understand the different sources of information and the market to maximize the value of the information managed.
- Manage different types of customer analysis: segmentation, potential, return on investment, archetypes, etc.
- Promote the necessary actions to obtain new market information through the commercial channel.
- Participate in transversal projects to implement solutions that allow obtaining information related to customer experience. Consolidate these solutions and monitor their follow-up
