JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing reports on a time-bound basis as defined and documented.
• Co-ordinate with branch sales teams and support them to achieve their targets in sales and collection.
• Generate different analytical reports such as product wise sales, area wise sales, quantity analysis, sales and estimated closing, primary and secondary data analyses, PJP and DSO tracking analysis.
• Collating and preparing daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly reports of sales, debts, network and stocks.
• Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, presentations or forms and office systems such as databases or spreadsheets.
• Maintain all documents related to distributor appointments like distributor assessments, agreements etc. in audit repository.
• Distributor norms management - maintain system hygiene by removing phased out SKUs and change over SKUs.
• To engage in new product norms management and ensure it is done as per agreed SLA.
