Project Description

Our Platform is a powerful, data-driven platform designed to help advertisers efficiently purchase and manage digital ad inventory across multiple channels. The platform provides real-time analytics, audience segmentation, and performance optimization, enabling advertisers to target the right audiences with the right messages at scale. It empowers advertisers to run programmatic campaigns across a wide variety of channels, including display, video, and connected TV. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining core infrastructure and services that power our Platform. We focus on optimizing performance, ensuring system reliability, and improving scalability to support high-throughput data processing and audience segmentation.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to implement advanced features such as campaign setup, targeting, audience segmentation, reporting, and analytics;
  • Contribute to architectural decisions and drive the development of new platform features;
  • Design and develop scalable backend systems to support large-scale data processing and real-time analytics;
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of backend services across both AWS and on-prem environments;

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience working with Java and Spring Boot;
  • Experience with distributed systems and high-throughput data processing;
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms;
  • Familiarity with containerization using such tools like Docker, Kubernetes;
  • Understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases;
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills;
  • Knowledge of English from Upper-Intermediate;
