As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able to work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along with our Digital Change, HR Reinvention and Cognitive HR practices.
Your role and responsibilities
IBM’s SuccessFactors practice is growing rapidly, and we’re looking to add new team members to help accelerate that growth. We are hiring at the Consultant, Senior Consultant, Managing Consultant, and Senior Managing Consultant levels. This is primarily a remote role, with occasional travel to client sites based on project needs. As a result, we are considering candidates across Canada; ideally located in a city with convenient access to a major Canadian airport. As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Consultant, you will work with our clients and lead them in implementing their Employee Central module. This will include activities such as assisting clients in implementation planning, requirements gathering (running workshops), advising them on leading practices, configuring the system and leading an offshore team of configurators, testing the solution, and providing hypercare support of the SF EC module. You will be responsible for shaping the future hire to retire processes of our top national and international clients. You will also be involved in improving operational metrics, business case development & performance measurement. You will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within the context of individual roles. You will act as a mentor and counsel junior team members.
Required technical and professional expertise

Experience in at least three (3) successful end-to-end implementations in a lead consultant capacity for SuccessFactors Employee Central.

Proven track record in spearheading Employee Central requirement-gathering workshops for clients, offering valuable insights into system capabilities, and guiding then on best practices related to their data and process decisions.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Associate Certification.

Please note that most of our work is delivered remotely, and since COVID, clients have realized that on-site travel is far less necessary than it was pre-COVID. As a result, your work will be primarily remote; however, there will be occasional instances where the client will request on-site attendance (for example, during iteration workshops). Due to this, you must be willingness and able to travel up to 4 days a week based on client requirements.
