Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to shape medical strategy and integrated product plans.
- Leverage therapeutic expertise to support field teams with scientific and clinical insights.
- Identify data gaps and opportunities to improve patient access through evidence generation.
- Map and engage external stakeholders aligned with medical strategy and field collaboration.
- Develop personalized, flexible engagement strategies using tailored content and channels.
- Expand stakeholder engagement beyond healthcare professionals through innovative partnerships.
- Deliver timely, relevant scientific evidence to support informed decision-making.
- Respond to unsolicited stakeholder inquiries with accurate, compliant medical information.
- Lead impactful scientific events and adopt digital tools for broader engagement.
- Manage compliance, reporting, and continuous professional development responsibilities.
Essential Requirements
- Advanced degree in health or life sciences; doctoral degree (PharmD, PhD, MD) preferred
- Fluent in both English and the local language, with excellent written and verbal communication
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a medical function within a therapeutic area
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, research procedures, and pharmaceutical guidelines
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships with credibility and purpose
- Demonstrated growth mindset and ability to self-direct learning
- Skilled in digital tools for stakeholder engagement and insights gathering
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in market access or working closely with access and value teams
