Job Summary:
We are looking for an Analyst - GTM Process and Operations with an aim to improve our data processes for sales and marketing function. You will partner with GTM leadership to understand the gaps and address those through processes, policies and workflows. Expected Work Hours: 2 PM - 10 PM IST
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand root cause process gaps that degrade data hygiene and drive continuous improvement
- Optimize GTM workflows to improve efficiency and alignment across the extended revenue team.
- Implement and maintain automation solutions to reduce manual work while improving efficacy
- Define and measure metrics for success
- Influence implementation and enablement of process, systems and tools
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Sales Ops / Revenue Ops including Demand Generation
- Power User with modern GTM tools such as Gong, Clay, Zapier
- Expert in Salesforce Reporting
- Understanding of B2B SaaS GTM motions, including lead-to-revenue workflows.
- Systems thinker with strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
