Job Summary
• This role is responsible for analyzing financial data to provide concise findings, conclusions, and recommendations for treasury programs to project teams. The role plays a crucial part in impactful treasury projects spanning regions, aligns projects within the department, and enhances treasury processes. The role collaborates with various functions, develops cash management strategies, conducts impact analysis, and applies advanced knowledge to lead complex projects while fostering relationships and offering mentorship.

Responsibilities
• Analyzes financial data to summarize findings, derive conclusions, and offer treasury program recommendations to project teams.
• Plays a role in treasury projects with broad organizational impact spanning various countries, regions, and business units.
• Assists in the development and implementation of function-specific policies and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of treasury operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversees treasury projects within the department by aligning processes and initiatives with broader finance function priorities.
• Assists in priority projects as needed, providing assessments and suggestions for enhancing existing treasury processes and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
• Collaborates with tax, legal, and audit functions on matters related to tax planning, foreign exchange, risk management, and treasury solutions.
• Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's cash management strategies and policies to optimize cash flow, minimize borrowing costs, and maximize investment returns.
• Holds responsibility for conducting impact analysis of treasury programs and initiatives.
• Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
• Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in finance, audit, accounting, treasury, or a related field.
