THE JOB:

As a Valet Attendant, you will be part of a service-orientated team that invites guests in for an exciting yet comfortable urban adventure. Your compassionate attendance to customer needs will serve as an inspiration to teammates, and provide the kind of energized, comfortable atmosphere. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their time with us. 

STARTING RATE: $12.75/hour + tips

THE SCHEDULE: Friday – Sunday 3 PM – 11:45 PM

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Warmly greet all arriving guests at the Valet Entrance.
• Provide courteous, efficient, and enthusiastic valet parking services.
• Collect vehicle claim checks and retrieve the guest’s vehicle for their departure.
• Accommodate guests requiring special assistance and aid.
• Report issues and/or potential problems to security or immediate supervisor.
• Assist in regulating the movement and flow of vehicles.
• Answer guest questions about hotel registration, restaurants, events, activities, and attractions.
• Resolve guest problems within the scope of authority or refer to the supervisor on duty.
• Report all alleged thefts or missing items to the supervisor and/or hotel security.
• Assist bell persons with the movement of luggage as necessary.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in valet services is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal skills that can build strong relationships with both team members and guests.
• Enthusiastic, approachable, and customer-focused leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

This is a tip eligible position.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
