Job Description

You will work with the PMO staff and important SIC managers to provide operation services to support the project management efforts. You will report to the Sr. Manager, PMO and this role is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Support PMO on project maintenance, financial transacting, SharePoint administration, important business reviews, and other PMO operational activities.
  • Manage departmental project forecasting and spend performance monitoring processes.
  • Work with corporate Finance for Asset Management, Policy adherence, and other critical responsibilities.
  • Support project documentation process with Rockwell Automation Common Product Development (CPD) process.
  • Train department resources on financial processes, CPD, and other operational PMO processes.
  • Important PMO subject matter expert for operational process improvement.
  • Develop and analysis of reporting for important PMO operational processes.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Min. 2+ years work in a structure project environment.
  • Solid knowledge of accounting principles.
  • MS Excel knowledge and it is an advantage for Power BI skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP system (preferably SAP). Experience with Project Systems.
  • Good command of English
  • Work with peers, managers and leadership.
