You will collaborate with leadership, hiring managers, and engineering teams to define technical requirements, design sourcing strategies, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience. By leveraging data, market insights, and your technical acumen, you will drive improvements in hiring processes and build diverse and inclusive teams for high-growth environments.
