Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the company’s financial planning and analysis processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial models.
  • Provide actionable insights to senior management regarding performance against financial goals, operational metrics, and department budgets.
  • Analyze financial performance and use quantitative methods to support business decisions.
  • Prepare and present financial reports for stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
  • Assist with cash management and working capital optimization.
  • Support audits and liaise with external auditors as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of financial analysis, financial modeling, and reporting.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools (experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills are essential).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in establishing effective working relationships across departments and fostering a culture of collaboration.
