    Job Description:

    As a Kitchen Steward you will work in one or a range of our kitchens and together with your team of Chefs and Restaurant Staff, you will create a memorable dining experience for our customers.

    Dressed in your freshly laundered uniform, you will ensure the kitchen and its floors, walls, worktops, and food contact surfaces are sparkling clean at all times. You will be relied upon to ensure all cutlery, pots, pans, ovens, fryers, grills are cleaned, sanitised and ready to use during our busy service periods.

    In this role, you will need to have the below criteria:

    • Ability to work a variety of shifts including afternoon, overnight and weekend shifts
    • Experience in a kitchen or commercial cleaning role is preferred
    • Experience using industrial cleaning products and equipment correctly is preferred
