Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and issues related to relevant social media platform.
• Monitor social media platforms for customer feedback, complaints, and trends.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Engage with users to build positive brand awareness and foster community engagement.
• Document interactions and escalate complex issues to relevant departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to align communication strategies.

Requirements

• Exceptional fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
• A minimum of B2 in English is required.
• Experience in customer service or community management, preferably within social media.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle inquiries tactfully and professionally.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Capability to multitask and manage concurrent conversations efficiently.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours, including possible evenings and weekends.
