We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Italian Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert troubleshooting and technical support for Fitbit devices via phone, email, and chat for the Italian market.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

• Genuine passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and active interest in wearable health technology.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy and efficiency.
• Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work in Bulgaria.
• Previous experience in technical support or customer service is considered an advantage.
