As a Customer Service Advisor, you will assist customers through various channels, ensuring their inquiries are addressed swiftly and professionally. Your support will help maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction and foster strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
• Handle customer inquiries regarding our products and services
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with colleagues to effectively resolve client issues
• Educate clients on product features and benefits to enhance their experience
• Gather customer feedback to aid in continuous service improvement
• Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product developments

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience is advantageous
• Able to manage multiple inquiries in a busy environment
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering quality service
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
