  • Work together with the Producer to plan and manage product roadmaps, timelines, and resources for game projects.
  • Assume responsibility for the planning, tracking, execution, and delivery of projects.
  • Oversee and drive project timelines, ensuring teams adhere to schedules and meet key milestones.
  • Liaise across departments for project status, updates, and risks, ensuring alignment on project scope and deliverables.
  • Work closely with Feature Owners to define project scope, gather requirements, and establish priorities. Ensure all project objectives align with the team’s capabilities and overall company goals.
  • Proactively identify and assess project risks to implement mitigation strategies, addressing potential roadblocks and ensuring the project stays on track.
  • Manage resources, and allocations. Track costs and optimize resources to meet project demands within financial constraints.
  • Maintain clear, organized project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and decision logs. Prepare and present regular project reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., ClickUp) to plan, track, and report on project progress, and ensure all team members have visibility into project timelines and tasks.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of managing projects independently from initiation through to completion.
    • Experience in the video game industry or a related creative field is preferred.
    • Familiarity with Agile project management methodology is preferred
  • Have experience in supporting live service operations for a game.
  • Possess top-notch communication, collaboration, problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing project risks and challenges.
  • Are proficient in the use of Google Sheet functions (eg. Pivot tables, Index Match, etc), and are meticulous in data management.
  • Understand and embrace the pace of a growing startup in getting your hands dirty and the work done.
  • Are comfortable working with remote team members in various timezones.
  • Enjoy mobile gacha games and MMORPGs and have an in-depth knowledge.
  • Possess a strong grasp of English, both written and spoken.
