As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist German-speaking clients with their inquiries and ensure they have a fantastic experience while engaging with our iGaming services.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support in German through live chat, email, and phone.
• Assist customers with questions regarding their gaming accounts, promotions, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues swiftly while ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay up-to-date with our products and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, especially in the iGaming industry or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer service tools and CRM systems is advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Malta and embrace a new adventure.
